Jill guides clients using an in-depth meditative and mindfulness approach, which includes slow breaths during her assistive stretch workouts. This provides clients with space to tune in and gain insight, not only helping to ease or reduce pain and movement restrictions as the body softens—thereby helping to minimize injuries—but also improving posture by applying techniques that support connective tissue health. Not only are Jill’s assistive stretch workouts beneficial physically but also mentally and spiritually because when tension releases overall healing takes place, therefore offering a space for the mind to quite inside, providing a soothing experience of calmness and clarity to support overall wellness. This includes feeling more physically, mentally, and spiritually connected to oneself and the world around them.

ANATOMY OF THAI MASSAGE
It is believed that there are 10 major Sen lines that run throughout the body from head to toe. Sen lines consist of 72,000 nerves and are also referred to as “energy lines.” Thai massage combines many techniques, such as yoga-like stretches, reflexology, compression, acupressure, gentle rhythmic shaking, rocking movements, palming, thumbing, and a connection with deep breathing.
